Neil entered an industry where that had become the status quo. S&Ls all over the country were shut down in a couple of years. (Jimmy Stewart must be rolling over) Many directors were prosecuted and sentenced. Bad circumstances for all involved. Neil got more than his fair share of publicity because of his relationship to George Senior. I am not sure what that has with the current discussion. If my great, great, great grand uncle was a horse thief, should I stay out of public office?
