You can't answer the question, or provide a link to back up your contentions,

I am not the one making the accusation, you are. Inspectors on the ground have said that the tubes are not suitable for nuke use. I didn't, they did. The burden of proof is on you, since you have departed from that view and spun a tale to suit your views. Your site proves nothing about today. It is ancient history. It is nothing more than the flimsy evidence we keep hearing about yet noone has seen, even our own goverment officials. Yet you are ready to go to war, and send someone else's kids to die for your paranoia. People are urging caution, inspectors are asking for time to get better information. The US has promised actionable evidence, where is it? What are the results? Why can't war wait until the proof sures up the morality of such a catastrophic step.

Then how about an apology.

You are a funny person. Did you read the conclusions?

Conclusion

According to the Rumsfeld Commission, a group of US experts tasked to assess the ballistic missile threat to the United States, "Iraq has maintained the skills and industrial capabilities needed to reconstitute its long-range ballistic missile program. . . Iraq has actively continued work on short-range (under 150km) liquid- and solid-fueled missiles, programs allowed by the UN Resolutions. Once UN-imposed controls are lifted, Iraq could mount a determined effort to acquire needed plant and equipment, whether directly or indirectly. . . Iraq could develop a shorter range, covert, ship-launched missile threat that could threaten the United States in a very short time."

Arms specialists estimate that Iraq could reconstitute its long-range ballistic missile production line within a year of a decision to do so, based on retained know-how and production capacity and on its ability to import components. Iraq has also shown a keen interest in developing or acquiring cruise missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles. While it is difficult to know the true extent of Iraq's missile programs without inspectors present, it is clear that Iraq has consistently employed its resources and ingenuity to produce missiles from whatever means were available. There can be little doubt that it will continue to do so.

Disgusting. We are going to war on a bunch of "coulds" and "maybes".
