This is overwhelming evidence. The inspectors also said that there is NO EVIDENCE of a nuclear program in Iraq. What the WH has said is highly speculative and circumstantial evidence provided by one, less than unbiased, party. Not the kind you go to war over, particularly since the tubes were not, as acquired suitable for a program that, according to the inspection team, has not been restarted. Al
