Saddam's own records show he had 19,000 chemical warheads. Military documents claim they used 16,000 on Iran. Where are the missing warheads? Not to mention the very fact they document their weapons sort of proves he had them. It's Saddam's job to prove he has no more, that he destroyed the remaining warheads and the industry that created them in the first place.
