They could hit Hawaii, maybe even a tiny bit of the West coast. They are working on longer range missiles and in a decade or so should be able to hit anywhere in US.

I believe there have been reports that there is at least a possibility that parts of Alaska may be within their range, or nearly so. They have some medium-range missiles with a range of something like 1500km, which puts Alaska just within range.

I also think their planning to deploy some SDI-type techology in Alaska -- I'm not sure if it was part of the recent announcement or something new...
