I'd say it's a slight step up from borrowing to buy back shares (IBM's favorite ploy for years), the better to enrich the execs at the bagholders expense. At least the bagholders get their cut this way....<NG>

Nonetheless, if they can't afford to pay the divvie without borrowing, they probably shouldn't do it.<NG>
