Resolution 687 is appeasement no, I know for a fact no country was dropping bombs on Germany in 1933 - that was a silly question nor have we dropped bombs on Iraq every week - that's an exaggeration other countries might be looking, but they are in denial as to what is happening there and that is like looking the other way
