He signed the legislation allowing the search for patterns of rewarding and punishing women in the workplace. The Supreme Court ruled that the suit could go forward. Bill chose to initiate the affair during the discovery process. It seems to me that he had only his own indiscretion to blame.

What was gained? A greater caution about what kind of person inhabits the Oval Office......
