Quit comparing North Korea to WWII. North Korea is broke and only capable in atacking its neighbor. They literally have no cash, no food, no fuel. That said, they're a little crazy and could conceivable attack South Korea and our troops there is they get too paranoid. These are the guys who actually thought he US government had produced the latest james Bond film. You have to deal with them the way you would a wacko.
