I kept looking for this quote from our fine governor -- couldn't find it so let me relate what I heard -- I was finishing breakfast this morning and my asked me if I had heard the "horrible" things our governmor had said to those in education -- as he was fixing to cut the budget (he couldn't get the legislators to free him to borrow against a tobacco settlement quickly enough). I listened in just long enough to hear him say in his defense ... "It's not like we are the federal government. We can't just start up the printing presses ..."
