I just explained the rich spend more when they're taxed higher.

No you explained how you spent more because you where tax higher. In general higher tax rates have consistantly throughout history reduced investment.

And the rich in the US have
the lowest tax rates in the western world,

As I said before, less of a bad thing is still a bad thing.

plus lots of write-offs and loop-holes they can use.

At least some, and probably a lot, of those should be closed, but even with them they still pay more.

Quit feeling sorry for them.

I don't exactly feel sorry for them. Overall they have a lot of things better then I do. But that still is not a reason to treat them unfairly.

It's one of the most dishonest parts of the GOP agenda, that they're for fair and equal tax cuts.

No that is 100% honest.

Everyone knows tax cuts benefit the rich
much-much more than anyone else.

Because the rich pay much more then anyone else it would be unfair if they did not benefit more then the average person from the cuts. After the cuts they will still pay more, and not just more but also a higher percentage, then most other people.

But sock it to the middleclass and capitalism fails.

Bush and I are both for cutting taxes on the middle class was well.

More millionaires were created during the Clinton era than at anytime in history by far.

He had the luck to be president in a long economic upturn. Then came the stock market bubble which created many new millionaires even as its excesses where created the conditions for the current bear market. Also a million dollars was worth less then it was during his terms then during the time in office of any previous president.

and he RAISED taxes

Fortunatly the other economic factors where more then enough to overcome the drag put on the economy by Clinton's tax increases.

I have no interest in stocks at all. None.

Where you interested when they where approaching their all time highs?
