Patricia, yes you can have it both ways. Clinton was not interested in balancing the budget, in earnest, until he was repudiated in the '94 elections. Then, all of the sudden, he took credit for fiscal restraint foisted upon him by Congress. You can deny the true facts all you want, but I would think at some point you would be able to sleep better at night admitting the truth. Perhaps you do when you look in the mirror.
