"There's no short position to indicate that anyone is taking a big stake in the insurance payoff. This is a little curious, but I'm in and look forward to some action."

I guess I'm confused. The insurance payoff is a good thing. Why would someone want to short a stock that has the probability of taking on roughly 100mm in cash?

The only enity that would have a motive to short (hedge) their position would be RFE partners. However, they are sitting on 12% money already+ a premium if the stock trades below a certain price (that already cost the company 400k in the Sept 02 report.)

If the company is smart (and I think they are) they will call the warrants with part of the insurance money..their other financing is dirt cheap at 4.25% or tied to the euro (at their choice) so they get to pick the cheapest way to go.

All it is going to take is a little good news and this will be an outstanding gain for us.

The point I was trying to make earlier was that on Nov. 8, volume began to pick up..on the 11th they released the double digit news, volume went from 9k on the 8th, 24k on the 9th then jumped to 300k on the 11th with nearly a buck swing to play with....that is what I'm waiting for. Then YYYYEEEEEHHHHAAAA
