Japan is easy. Alaska is in range. Hawaii might be or will be soon. Give it another decade and its CA, and 2 decades probably NY.

I hate to get into this one because most of it is speculation. But if NK were to send a nuke to CA....before it even got there, we would have very nearly obliterated NK.

So the question becomes why would they take that risk?
