It is going up because the software business is improving! Hard to believe there is such a thing as fundamental improvement in a technology business anymore. If we get a war related selloff I suggest buying into software, you know you'll get a nice snapback rally when things improve... I'm looking for orcl at 17 sometime this year, that is a 40% gain from here. Not bad, lets see if it happens.
