Win-Lose-Draw..... I thought you might have missed this over on Raging Bull. ragingbull.lycos.com Medinah is NO longer in the Status of Default with the Nevada Secretary of State. I just got through searching the Nevada Corporate Information Page and find we are clear of default. Current list of Medinah corporate officers also included. Go to this link sos.state.nv.us then type in Medinah and hit enter. There you will find Medinah Gold and Medinah Mining. And according to Russell Godwin's written message to me this afternoon..... "We're not going to "reverse split", merge, die or do any of the other things that WLD wishes us to. We're going to close the financing and develop the deposit and despite the bashers, we're going to make the shareholders money; if for no other reason than to spite WLD. :)" I know you're watching WLD.... read it again and weep!!
