<<DFIB broke resistance at 2.50 and now looks good for a run over 3.>>

Sergio:

As you said, DFIB had a good move yesterday, up 12.9% on volume of 586,770 (more than 2x its daily average.)

Over the past week it has had good news, not only received FDA approval for use on children below 8 yrs.

But it also announced that the Canadian Coast Guard has purchased 50 Powerheart AEDs and has an option to deploy additional AEDs this year.

And there was also a report that for the first time since a statewide law was enacted in N.Y. requiring the placement of AEDs in all schools, AEDs were used to save the lives of a student and a parent in two separate incidents.

DFIB close at the H for the day and above its November 25 H of 2.64 It seems it shouldn't have too much problem in going through its July 29 H of 2.84 in order to be able to test its July 18 H at 3.16 (The July 1 H at 3.80 and the June 28 H at 3.98 seem also within reach, but the January 2002 resistance at the 4.85 to 4.89 level seems a more distant target.)

The stock probably is in need of further good news before it will be able to test its December 21,2001 H at 5.79.(As you may recall the September 2000 H was 10)

As I mentioned on January 17, the PSML averages were and remain on the right sequence on the daily chart. The data at present: 2.80 2.56 2.39 & 2.23

On the weekly chart the Price went through the Long average, but that average is still above the Short and the Medium. The data at present: 2.80 2.44 2.25 & 2.52
