Hi to both of you.

Yes it is, and I for one am still surprised.
However (and you knew this was coming), consider the
following:

RSI which can be used as an overbought/oversold
condition headed down even though price went up.
In other words ORCL went up but RSI didn't. RSI
continued on a downward move. Probable negative
divergence??? RSI still not in extreme high 70-80,
or low 20-30 area range - but, based upon market
sentiment I'm real goosy on ORCL at this point.

Stochastics - %k didn't rise above %d as it should have
if the price went up. Another ????

Momentum - Flat, but if price went up, mo. should
also.

Combine last weeks candles and boll. bands - not a glorious
situation (change the period on the chart I'm sending,
to week form daily.

I think that the entire market attitude rests upon whatever
C. Powell has to say next Wed.
Take Care!
