John, I reported a price spike on the daily ,weekly and monthly chart for WDC to IQCharts over a week ago and received a reply on the 27th of January saying that the spike had been corrected and all I needed to do was clear my cache and resubmit the symbol and possibly restart the program to see the corrected data. The spike was still there so I replied to the IQC em with a message to that effect. I have not heard back from technical support and the spike is still there.
The spike shows a weekly chart date of 6/16/2000 and appears on the daily, weekly and monthly charts.
Your prompt attention to this would be appreciated.
