Yeah, thank God for the Americans, Australians, Canadians and British. The Germans ran the Holocaust. Carl, please. No doubt the English-speaking peoples have done excellent things over the years and I am proud to be counted as one of them. But you are fooling yourself to think that we do not also have our dark sides. The Native American Holocaust claimed lives in the tens of millions.
