Plus the Medical system would bankrupt even us. ....unless you scaled back your military budgets by about 1 % then you could probably fund global healthcare <g> which reminds me, the "peace dividend " was a fleeting experience wasn't it? BTW...the french are counting on a french kiss love affair with the U.S. in their grand plan of withdrawal from the confederation. Are you suggesting that "swapping saliva" wouldn't occur? C
