Is it a good comparison on health care costs.. canada has price limit on drugs.. and they also have delays in getting surgery done.. I am sure there are some other variances..Adjustments or assumptions must be made to get to true comparison of cost/benefit comparison.( for example.. if we adopt same drug policy what happen to the variance..)
