Since you listened to Prechter, he said we are currently in a 3 down which should finish up this quarter. That would put the intermediate bottom by the end of March sometime. March 20th is a major 54 day cycle date. That 54 day cycle has hit on 10/10 and 12/31, major bottom dates.
Therefore, what I am confused at is this. Here is my chart from the all time highs. If he is saying we are currently finishing a 3 down, then this chart is wrong. I just do not see how he gets us being in a 3.
