My sense is that we are at the end of the " bad news" thing. Also to many people take the tech sector as a guide to economic health. True the tech sector in the past accelerated much faster than the economy but until new technologies will come on , we are dealing with a mature industry no much different than the automotive or aero spacew industry. Therefore P/E should adjust in the NAZ accordingly.

2 years ago Bobby Beara posted the RCA chart of 1920/1950 it is amazing how it matches the AOL/Time Warner chart of today
