You dont understand NK psychology. They considered the Axis Of Evil speech a prelude to attack. They also considered the james Bond film Us government propaganda. They need to be treated very carefully. Saber rattling doesn't work against a paranoid garrison nation like NK. Even Republicans agree blew it on NK. The Axis speech was not "great", it was inflammatory. And it has caused a hardening of the extremists in Iran when moderates had been gaining power. The speech failed. It also turned off most of the world to Bush's aim to take down Saddam. Bush knows he made a bad boo boo there, even though some domestic right-wingers loved the speech.
