Hi David: Used to own a lot of Cifra a long time ago; bought around
a dollar and sold at $3.37 after WMT took a stake and it zoomed up--
that was long before all the troubles in Mexico and the devaluations,
etc. Churned the money over into more WMT at 19 when it took a hit
Xmas before last and now have a cost basis in WMT of around 15--it's
a pretty big position so I'm very happy with WMT. The dividends
aren't so great so I don't bother with the DRIP on this one but if
you're going for the long term it'll probably pay off--don't know
about buying at 39 though--I wouldn't. Hard enough deciding whether
to take some profits or not--big dilemma...kind that I like though.

:)
