mish no!..the $ just gave it's <b<first buy signal off the very bottom, which in P&F terms is a bottom fish trade..they usually move back down 3 boxes then try to take out that new high... as for the overall markets based on P&F indicators...lookout below...unless Saddam runs and hides somewhere else... other than that...i see us moving lower till we're washed out again... btw fwiw..COF never reversed back up 3 boxes...
