I was under the impression that the book is downloadable. Did you order a hard copy? Paper back? I'm not sure what my problem is. The card works with other places I've tried it. Over there I try to process the transaction and I get a web page that is all garbled up. I was then able to left click over the area that appeared to have words. When I did that I could read them. It told me that I had to go back because the card could not be processed. Anyhow I'll have to see what they tell me when their tech support dudes arrive on Tuesday. Were you able to view the 1st 20 pages in Adobe Acrobat format? -Clappy
