The insulation hit. It was foam and on take off. All flights come home with tiles missing. Did the foam knock some tiles off? That calls looking close to home. Plus they did look at photos of the wing in space and said no problem. They can't fix any tile problems in space so what would you tell them, you can't ever land?

Remember when you thought Malvo would put a .223 through your lungs walking to lunch? This was the same problem. Every time you push a frontier there is a lot of risk.
