Sure at any given time, there will always be stocks out of phase with the current market, be it up or down.

Did you read my post? I said software, as a group is one of the sectors, along with many others, that are in a bullish phase now. Webm is a software company. Typical rotation in a flat market (not an overly bearish one) from one sector to another. We are significantly above the oct lows so unless we break those decisively on the nas and some of these emerging sectors break down this is not a bear. It is tiring discussing all these assumptions bears are making here. This is not a bear unless some of these leading stocks break down. 2002 is over, its a new ballgame now.
