As Re..Bush can be a blunderer on foreign affairs. At least admit that<

That I have no problem with. I don't know of any president who has been perfect in his handling of foreign affairs.

The guy is learning by trial and error.

I wouldn't know of any president who didn't.

His Father was the one who told GW to lay off NK by the way, partly because Carlyle Group has a lot of $$$ interests in Korea and that's where the Bush bread is buttered.

I haven't heard that. Link please.

GW is the most unpopular president internationally we've had since Nixon

I really don't see how that necessarily means Gw is a bad president. Americas interests don't very often coincide with others, so a strong president could ruffle some feathers. In addition, Gw has strenghts with countries such as Russia, and China, Nixon and Carter didn't have, so I don't see your point. Being president isn't about a popularity contest.

And all of Europe hates Bush on the environment, right-wing social issues and corporate corruption.

I assume you are talking about the Kyoto treaty. However, the senate voted down the treaty 93-0, so what on earth makes you feel Gw could have gotten it passed, even if he had tried. The Kyoto treaty was designed to punish America for its growth in the 90's, by pegging its energy consumption to 1990 levels. Most of Europe had zero or little growth in the 90s, so naturally they favored it, because it would have made America stop its growth rate, or pay penalties. You can bet that if the shoe had been on the other foot, the europeans would have voted against it also. And of course the treaty was designed by Japan, who had absolutely no growth in the 90s, and was smarting from the increased competition. So, of course they were mad we weren't stupid enough to sign the treaty. Would you have?

No more New world order

There is where you are wrong. India, China, SK, Taiwan, Indonesia, and some of the old warsaw pact countries have the leading growth rates. Its certainly not Europe, and Europes stagnation will continue as long as it refuses to make the adjustments necessary to revive growth. They are falling behind, and they want to blame America, just like the liberals here do. Boo hoo. Perhaps they should look in a mirror and see the real villian.
