Question #2. Any thoughts on BAY? It appears that whatever is going on is the world's best secret. I would think that if things were looking good (for the water rights)the stock would be bid up. If things were looking negative there would be significant selling pressure. Instead the stock is just drifting. I am pondering. On the one hand I have other plays I could be risking my capital on. On the proverbial other hand, I would sure like those (free if the deal goes through)) PAAS warrants as a leveraged play on silver.
