The NH-NL also gave an IT sell signal a week ago. OTOH, TRIN is on a buy (ST). So my view is similar to Lowry's. Best odds are to sell the rally for the time being. Since the 1st 2 trading days this month are monday & tuesday, the bullish/bearish tendencies kind of negate each other historically speaking. We may just continue to whipsaw this week.
