If you are referring to the same CNBC report I saw it was Lanny Davis - past boohooing crony of Clinton. Bob He doesn't like down but the B.S. they spread on the upside was OK. Really shows that the stock market is the treasure chest of the country and the government's favorite cash cow. Bob.
