How many poor unwanted babies have you personally adopted?
When I see the anti-abortion crowd adopting such babies then I will have a lot more respect for their point of view. But typically, anti-abortion rights people are angry uptight men who do not have a heart for the girls who have unwanted pregnancies. They also usually do not want kids to be taught birth control and sex education.

In your case, if you yourself were "kept" from abortion then I understand your emotional fixation. But in most cases where a mother cannot care for a child, esp rape and incest, it's not right to force them to deliver if they dont want to. This is the land of the free, not the land of government enslavement of womens bodies on moral grounds. The woman therefore must have the choice. That is why we call it pro-choice. It's not an easy choice or a pretty choice, but it's their choice, not ours or the government's.
