Re: Water rights

I spoke to Steve Brunell (IR at BAY)today, he said things were progressing on the water rights and at this stage they feel comfortable it will be completed by the deadline. Obviously he could not say it will be done with certainty just that it is progressing and both sides are working on having it done.
