COMMANDER RESOURCES AND DIAMONDS NORTH NAME MICHAEL LEE CON ...
Commander Resources and Diamonds North Resources have appointed Michael Lee as controller.
Mr. Lee is a CGA with 10 years of experience in public and corporate accounting. For the last three years, Mr. Lee served as controller for Manex Services Ltd. and Varshney Capital Group. These two companies provided management services for a number of publicly listed companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Lee has been involved with public financing, quarterly filings and listing applications. His experience is complemented by six years in public practice. Mr. Lee articled at Wolrige Mahon, California, and later moved on to Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton, California.
"We anticipate Mr. Lee, in addition to satisfying Commander's accounting requirements, will assist management in satisfying the increasing financial reporting and regulatory requirements," said William Coulter.
"We are very pleased to have Mr. Lee join Diamonds North at this time. We welcome Michael's experience as we continue to expand the company and advance our diamond projects," said Mark Kolebaba.
