I never thought that the phrase "ethical disability" meant anything other than an ethical lapse, and I never thought that the reference to disease was intended literally, nor did I particularly endorse it, it just happened to be used in one of my citations to show how ubiquitous "ethical disability" was. So you are very mistaken, if not positively full of it. As for gullibility, forgive me for thinking that it makes more sense that you are fined for some kind of wrongdoing rather than being fined for innocently sitting on the board........
