I would guess they could provide more data stream by reducing the subscriber usage to each noid but at a loss of subscriber density so to speak... they were really designed for voice back when the thought was cell service would remain in metro areas and the hope was to get more rural based customers...though there are still plenty of places throughout the world that sat phone is the only option...i really do hope these companies can remain in biz.
