So civil wrongdoing WAS asserted, which is what I thought. You are asserting, then, that Neil probably was accused of some kind of lapse in meeting his fiduciary obligations, but that his payment of the fine does not amount to admission, but rather is a way to settle matters quickly. I can buy that. I am not insisting that Neil did anything, I am merely noting that had he not been accused of something, he would not have been in hot water, and had to pay a find......
