Bush is negotiating with Saddam, for Saddam to turn over ALL of his development of weapons of mass destruction. Saddam refuses to do so.

Even if Saddam does turn over his weapon systems, I want to see America take Saddam and his regime out. As long as Saddam is financing and supporting terrorist groups, America is in danger. Saddam is a cancer. You can't really negotiate with a cancer. You have to remove it.
