I just picked this up on rumors: Apple's next CEO? A surprise front-runner in the race for the post of Apple CEO is former Perot Systems' CEO Jim Cannavino. Cannavino, a career man who previously worked as a VP at IBM, resigned his post at Perot Systems suddenly last Friday, and has not released any information as to why, or where he'll be going next. Although probably premature, some Apple employees think that their new CEO has already been chosen, and Cannavino will be taking the post early next month, most likely at Macworld Boston.
