Using your logic, all businesses should be exempt from taxes, after all businesses don't pay taxes, we do when we purchase their products. Do you honestly think that if corporations didn't pay taxes, they'd lower their prices, instead of increase their profits? Most likely the corporate executives would just take the opportunity to grant themselves even bigger bonuses.
