The second UN Resolution. This whole war reeks of a developer coming into a small town and buying up the selectmen, planning board and zoning board of appeals members in order to get the go-ahead to build what he wants. In this instance Bush is paying four billion to Turkey, a fighter jet squadron to Jordan and offering military protection, sorta like that offered by big bad dudes of HBO's prison series Oz, to some of the smaller Arab fiefdoms.
