Dear ET: I am curious why anyone would feel sheltering $7,500 a year tax free (you dont actually get a deduction merely the sheltering of assets) has ANYTHING to do with the RICH. Maybe the RICH up North are POORER then the RICH down South. Down here, $7,500 to the RICH would be CHICKEN FEED. On top of that its only the INCOME from that $7,500 a year that is sheltered, lets see at 7% we'll say its around $500 a year, does that sound RICH to you? jdn
