Dave P*F makes you a calm trader..it will not get you out at the top or in at the bottom, but it's that 50-60% in the middle that can make you rich... i'm big on chart patterns, once you begin to understand what they mean and why? then you'll be fine... it's taken me years to perfect my chart reading on P&F...and combined with Candlesticks i've become a very solid daytrader... good luck with it..and do not hesitate to ask any questions..
