Hi Joe,

If you're open to some wild speculation, here's my theory. There are institutional holders that have a lot of stock but less than 5% and don't have to file with the SEC. When they sell they don't do it all at once. It would move the market too much. Even over several months they know it will move the market so they take a little less each time as they dump their shares, letting the price recover at each selling point.

IMO the pattern that formed over the last two weeks is what happens when the sell off is complete. I also tend to think earnings are only a secret to the little guys (us/me) and suspect they may come in better than anticipated.

Charts ARE news. This one was a no brainer. I think Nadim is calling it pretty close. I averaged up with 30% of my shares today. I think it will go higher but couldn't think of a good reason not to take a profit on part of my cheep shares. It frees up some funds to average down with on the next round. The pattern got shot to pieces today so it's kind of guess work right now. It's starting to look like support at 7 3/4. We'll see.

I was going to buy CHPS at 8 but got caught up in NOVL before it got there. Poor me.

Regards,

Don
