But you can hire a worker or lawyer who'll agree to be paid as the contractor. In the past people didn't have watches but they had money. Time is Change and Transformation, is past, present and future. Process of time is taking place and it doesn't care if humans or dinosaurs are main occupants of planet Earth or anywhere else. Paying by the hour is just leftover from the feudal system, it means that for certain amount of money job bidders volunteer to be modern time slaves. It was proven long time ago that volunteers are performing much better than forced people.
