Semi, Well, I have never done fraud. I just set my start price at a price I would accept. No more starting at $1, snipers eat you alive.

Many people start at $1 and then have a shil place a higher proxy bid and then every buyre who wants to get into the end game must beat that proxy. That guy then never bids again.
Trouble is you need a whole bunch of new accounts to do that with or it soon shows up that same guy bidding again and again, and never winning.

That shilling steals the listing fee from ebay as it is then based on $1.
