Jack: I think its just one of those deals relatively speaking where you make one(Intel) look so good that the other in this case (AMD) loook bad. I had never heard of AMD until about a year ago when I went to upgrade.You see Intel all over the TV as well as full page ads in magazines but maybe ocasssionally you see AMD in a few mail order magazines.Therefore AMD must not be too much because you dont see anything about them.
